One goose may be leading, another goose may be in the middle, another goose may be at the rear, but they all work together as one. The same way that geese know who leads and who is in the middle, we must also learn to know our own strengths and weaknesses. We must learn how to work together.
Having boundaries can cause problems if we think we know everything about everyone else. However, when we allow ourselves to listen to others and recognize their strengths and weaknesses, we can become stronger overall.
